Voting app doesn't work

The voting app fail totally at the last organization annual meeting.
We should consider to fix it or redesign it... ideally before the next organization annual meeting.

Currently it is inactive in the metadata.json

Yeah, we didn't get a bunch of new members, so I was going to just do it using the chat like last time.

I was always worries because I thought there was a right to anonymous voting, which is one of the problems this app was trying to solve; But I just checked the law and media and there doesn't appear to be such right. So other than it being annoying, there is no reason we cannot just vote using the chat.

no need for the next organization annual meeting. (so no rush)

If we can get one robust enough in the future of this, (supporting votes including or not anonymous user) Maybe we can use this if the assistance get large enough.
