Portal : Can’t be imported from a .json or used in a serverless.

If you have a pair of Portal and export them in a json
Or add them in a serverless

then it can't be imported correctly as the ids stay the ones from the json but the the new ids of the entities generated.

Clearly it miss a piece of code to manage this (like we do for parent and renderWithZones)
