Consider pulling out the UI related code and putting it into its own namespace

src/minibeast/core.clj is a hodgepodge of ui specification and implementation. The UI implementation could go into it's own namespace while the specification could be left in core.clj. If the implementation is generic enough, it could be put into its own project. A quil-ui could be pretty terrific!

Schedule after 0.0.1 release.
