🐛 Bug Report / Feature Request: Improve Support Accessibility for New Users
Description
As a new user, I should have a seamless experience creating an account. If issues arise during onboarding, access to support should be intuitive and easily accessible. Currently, the support loop makes it difficult to find actual troubleshooting help or submit a ticket.
Current Experience
- The user attempts to locate support documentation.
- If no solutions are found, they expect to create a support ticket.
- The main "Support" link in the top right redirects to
https://docs.ovhcloud.com/en/.
- In reality, this page hosts general site documentation rather than active support resources, creating a loop where clicking "Support" just reloads the documentation page.
Expected Behavior
The Support page should explicitly feature:
- Troubleshooting documentation for account creation and common onboarding issues.
- A clear option to create a support ticket (either as a guest or via a user account).
Proposed Solution
Create a dedicated, user-friendly support landing page that includes:
- Top Issues & FAQs: Quick links to troubleshooting guides for common blockers.
- Support Search: A dedicated search bar for troubleshooting articles.
- Ticket Creation: A prominent "Create a Ticket" action (with a guest checkout flow for users who cannot log in).
