Étend la standardisation telecom aux locales SMS et reflète l'ancienne politique disable_languages (de-de, pt-pt + zones CA/APAC/US) sur new-docs. 153 fichiers, aucune date modifiée. - Désactive SMS en de/pt : suppression des guides (langues désactivées en legacy) — 42 fichiers SMS + le guide n8n-sms (de/pt) - Disponibilité : encart `:::info` « disponible uniquement en France, UK, Irlande, Espagne, Italie, Pologne » (liste dérivée des fichiers legacy) sur 99 guides en/fr/es/it/pl - Sweep standardisation multilingue (en/es/it/pl) : <br> en prose, lien communauté -> /links/community, community.ovh.com -> .ovhcloud.com, ovhtelecom.fr -> ovhcloud.com, ponctuation des descriptions - Sidebar : retire le niveau redondant « Messaging » (SMS remonte sous Web Cloud) ; le parser ignore les guides absents d'une locale (config/sidebar/parser.ts) ; supprime la clé i18n orpheline sidebar.gen.webCloudMessaging Note : URLs inchangées (fichiers non déplacés, SEO-safe) ; fichiers flag:hidden non modifiés ; 4 guides « bucket A » restent à traduire.

Extends the telecom standardization to the SMS locales and reflects the former disable_languages policy (de-de, pt-pt + CA/APAC/US zones) on new-docs. 153 files, no dates changed.
Disable SMS in de/pt: remove the guides (languages disabled in legacy) — 42 SMS files + the n8n-sms guide (de/pt)
Availability: :::info callout "available only in France, UK, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Poland" (list derived from the legacy files) on 99 guides in en/fr/es/it/pl
Multilingual standardization sweep (en/es/it/pl): inline
