…zone gating Port the legacy multisite/new-Manager revamp onto current develop: 27 Web Hosting and Domains guides x 7 locales, keeping develop's zone gating (availableIn and Region blocks) via per-guide 3-way merge. Adds 4 new my-websites guides plus sidebar entries, updated offer names, and 42 revamp screenshots. IP-geolocation and the HTTP/2-Gravelines note are kept EU-only in my-websites-add-domain-existing-website.
