Make "out" param optional

I'm trying to use the orb plan command with remote workspaces and that's what is happening:

$ terraform plan -input=false -no-color -out=plan.out infra/payout-pm-migrator/

Error: Saving a generated plan is currently not supported

There seems to be no config to to tell plan not generate the out param, so I'm kind of stuck.
