The Scilab toolbox should be bundled as an ATOMS module so that users can directly install it, thus preventing to compile functions and loading them each time the Scilab client is started.

It seems that only two new files (DESCRIPTION/DESCRIPTION-FUNCTIONS) have to be created. A skeleton is available at http://gitweb.scilab.org/?p=scilab.git;a=tree;f=scilab/contrib/toolbox_skeleton
