Feature request: Need simple IC score generation

In good old swiss army knife fashion, i relatively urgently need a command that generates the IC scores or some input ontology. So ontology in, table out:

Class	IC
HP:001	2.3
HP:002	0.1

This should complement an existing function that generates the phenodigm scores.

owltools --sim-save-phenodigm-class-scores -m 2.5 -x HP,HP -a scores.txt

Note that during the cause of next year, we will move this stuff to phenol; just not right now, has the human cost is too high.. Would someone be able to do this? Thanks a lot.
