password and email checkboxes are shown in the users page at the same time for the admin of a group

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a group

2. Create 3 users: user1, user2 and user3 and add them to the group

3. Make user1 admin of the group

4. Log in with user1 and browse to users page.

Expected behavior

Only the selected option (email or password) should be shown

Actual behavior

Both options are shown at the same time
