Intermittent problems with Codeberg

Dependencies on icewind/streams and icewind/smb come from Codeberg these days.

CI in GitHub workflows has been intermittent due to this. For example:

Should we find some other solution?
Maybe fork these into owncloud GitHub somewhere and depend on that?

Yeah. Happens every now and then....
Checking in again the vendor folder could be a solution.... 🙈

A mirror of the repo could be a better approach....

Running our own mirror will have impact on dep management ... I guess ... not really a direction I want to go ...

Maybe we have to hope for the best when it comes down to the stability of codeberg ...

#41609 did not really help - upon update of composer.lock the entries disappeared ....
