Question: duplicate file scanning #508
Description
Observation:
- A file is uploaded and scanned while being uploaded
- as soon as cron kicks in the file is scanned again
- especially in a s3 setup with bigger files this can be quite performance draining
Question:
- is this behavior intended?
- Upload scanning should be enough.
