Global external storages visible for guests

Steps

1. Setup a global external storage applied to "All users"
2. Invite a guest
3. Login as guest

Expected result

Guest should not see it ?

Actual result

Storage is visible.

The workaround is for an admin to never use the "All users" option and have specific groups for which to apply the external storage.

We could also decide to either:

1. Never allow external storages to be assigned to guests
   or
2. Same as 1) but require the "guests" group to be explicitly specified in the external storage config
   or
3. Have an option in the guests app called "Exclude from global external storages"

Interesting catch. As there's a workaround we leave it as is for now.
