Broken Title tags for folder public links

Describe the bug

Folder public links opened in web browsers don't show the name of the folder as the title tag.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a folder
2. Copy its public link
3. Paste in browser

Expected behavior

I can see the name of the folder as the Title tag on the browser tab.

Actual behavior

The Title tag is - ownCloud instead of {folder_name} - ownCloud
