Opinionated, Strict, Pragmatic Defaults To Extend From

Hi, I'd like to request opinionated, strict, pragmatic defaults to extend from. I have my own below, but I'd like to this to be part of the lib. I understand there are many different opinions on this, but I really enjoyed experience with typescript-eslint which has strict/recommended default options. You can see below, if all checks are enabled, there are some that are just not practical or even conflicting.
