Currently Merlin only looks on the
PATHfordot-merlin-reader, which is rather annoying. This PR redoes the logic to:DOT_MERLIN_READER_EXEenv var.dot-merlin-readerin the same directory as the Merlin binary.dot-merlin-readeron thePATH.
