I'm attaching the output of the connect life dump for my oven.

Can you please give specific instructions, or at least the first steps, on converting some of the properties so they don't appear as sensors?
How can I tell which properties in my dump file can be converted to actionable/changeable controls?

I'm trying to make sense of the default sensors of the oven

I noticed that to see a change, I have to exit the sendor window, and enter it again (or perhaps it just takes time yo update)

Does the sensor update by polling the device? How often does it poll?

How can I tell if a sensor can be used to change a setting or only to view its value. For example, the oven's volume can be set from the ConnectLife app to values: 0,1,2,3. This is reflected in the HA sensor as 1,2,3,4.
How can I change this sensor, and check if I can use it to change the value?

Additionally, the oven's app allows for 2-step cooking programs. The sensors show a third step. How can I check whether this can be used? (This would be a welcome upgrade)

The integration polls every 60 seconds to avoid overloading the API.

The shift in the values looks similar to the "command" pattern e.g. the dishwarers use:

If the property that changes value is Foo_setting_status, set the property to select, command to Foo_setting, and adjust to 1:

Hello, thanks for the great integration, I have the same oven, yet I don't see how to use the 023.yaml mapping file? it defaults to the same connect life dump as hros. How do you proceed to force my oven to use the mapping file?
