Can't connect to ConnectLife account.

Hiyaa, looks like this is what i'm looking for for my ATAG hood. However, it seems I can not connect to my ConnectLife account.

Username > Same as the E-mail in ConnectLife app?
Password > 100% sure this is the correct one because I've just reset it.

Can login to ConnectLife app without any hassle.

Any issues or am I just missing something? :)

Thanks, deleted account, created a non-third party account and that fixed it. Can control my hood now from HomeAssistant. Thanks a lot for the answer and your effort!
