dns in uri  to IP resolution via local hosts file

Hello! This are nice little proxy.  Unfortunately it works only with ip address in  request. How it is possible to make DNS-name in URI to be resolved to IP (via local hosts file on windows) then to be send to socks connect ? 
like request http://servername.domainname.org/ to be resolved to X.X.X.X IP taken from etc/hosts there following record exists:
servername.domainname.org X.X.X.X
