Can we add any links in the Data-intro part?

I am just looking for the option of including the link in the "data-intro" message so that when i click on the link I want to navigate to that link on another tab in the browser

Step1 : Initialized "$('body').chardinJs('start')"
Step2: Once the overlay is shown on the page. I would like to have a link in one of the "data-intro" attribute
Step3: once we click the link present on the "data-intro: it should navigate to the link opened in the next page.

Do we have any easy way to achieve this?
