Unsupported actions in the API

Currently the client does not support all the actions of the documented API found here: https://www.packet.net/developers/api/ It would be nice if we got the rest of the actions included.

@NJichev - is there some list of missing API actions that you can help identify, or specific actions that your application needs?

@NJichev @vielmetti we recently updated our packngo library and this one needs similar attention. I will check with @nathangoulding to see how we can track and update.

I can't think all of them from the top of my head(since I don't use all of them), but one such action is the GET "/devices/#{id}/bandwidth", also the ones mentioned in #13.
