I got a PR for pull-from-upstream
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-ibm-cloud-sdk-core/pull-request/5

and there is a comment
Logs and details of the syncing: Packit dashboard

when I open the link to dashboard I see

Status
rawhide with green check mark

My initial impression is "the scratch/copr build passed", but this is status of import to dist-git fork. The build itself failed.

Please change the title "Status" to "Dist-git Import Status".
