Create separate views for Fedora CI jobs

• for scratch builds and tests, there should be separate views once the Fedora CI is deployed separately
  • the API will be accessible at different URL (probably prod.fedora-ci.packit.dev/api)
  • otherwise, the response structure and everything should be the same
  • ContextSelector might be used to differentiate between Packit service and Packit Fedora CI
• after this is implemented, adjust the links to dashboard from the fedora-ci-worker code
