Move Packit into Fedora infrastructure

Because we are not completely happy with the MP+ cluster, we would like to research the Fedora Openshift offerings since we can freely run in public and Fedora is our primary target.

These are the current issues with MP+:

• internal network instability
• every external hostname we want to interact with (i.e. when downloading package sources for our users) needs to be added to the firewall (this can pause the onboarding for a week which gives a bad impression).

Current progress:

• Discussed with CPE members and suggested communicating this openly in the form of the Fedora Discussion: https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/packit-in-the-fedora-infrastructure/131137
• The overall response from the CPE team is positive, there is going to be a tracking ticket created and future steps suggested.

• research the required changes in the scripts/related code based on that
