Description

When retriggering Packit via comment, we cannot specify a package (in case of a monorepo) for which Packit is supposed to run.

Example:

/packit --package=specfile-el8 propose-downstream

Benefit

1. Saves resources (especially with TF and Copr jobs)
2. Doesn't spam the checks (as not all of them are needed)
