Provide feedback to users when there is a typo in trigger command via comment

Description

Currently when we try to run packit like /packit test --labels regresion where there is a typo in regresion (should be regression) the user didn't reiceve any info back from Packit, only eyes emoji on the comment. Packit should probably response via comment with the error that is already available in Packit:

Skipping running tests for the job, labels don't match (job:['regression', 'brokers-and-security', 'regression-brokers-and-security', 'bas'] != comment:$['regresion'])"

Benefit

User's will be more aware what is wrong with their query.
