Link to scratch builds and other test results directly

Description

Please, when I click on this:

I would love to go to the Koji scratch build directly if at all possible.

Similarly with other results, I want to land directly on the testing farm.

I don't need to see the page at https://dashboard.packit.dev/ unless there is a problem reported there.

Importance

I got ot a PR, and I middle-click all the test results to open them in separate tabs.

Then I need to go there, and one by one, click the link to the actual results. And they open in new tabs for me, so I then need to go and close the originals. This is very annoying, especially with pull requests opened for 5 to 6 branches.

This is not blocking me, but every time I do it, I cringe :)

Workaround

• There is an existing workaround that can be used until this is implemented.

Thanks for the feedback. We agreed to post the link to Koji directly and keep the dashboard link only in case the submission of the build wouldn't be successful.
