Propose downstream e pull from upstream failing on centos stream branch `c9-sig-integration`

Looks like both propose-downstream and pull_from_upstream can create the update merge request in gitlab centos dist-git: https://gitlab.com/CentOS/Integration/packit-cbs/rpms/python-specfile/-/merge_requests.

However the jobs are marked as failed in our dashboard.

Sentry registered this error: PCKT-002-PACKIT-SERVICE-936.
I suspect this is raised when cleaning up the workspace.
