Improve logging

Currently we're using different deployment tag in the Sentry for the logs/errors from validation.

I was suggesting using a prefix [validation] in the logs. @majamassarini also suggested using validation-specific tag that would allow having all the debug/error logs from the validation under one tag, in one place.
