Not having the ability to have this setting updated by dinkimport all or by using the Dynamic Config URL seems a bit strange. We're running into issues where a user starts using our URL but does not perform a hard reset on their plugin settings and then fires notifications to two URLs instead of having our true settings of only one URL for x override.

Reasoning

I think, since a user is already taking the liability of importing a config or pasting a config URL themselves adding the two import policies shouldn't be concern.
