Support sub-tasks!

Often I have a Jira ticket with a few steps that I have to do to resolve the issue. I add the ticket to my journal as a task, and then add my sub-tasks there for me to know what I've done and not done (easier for me than only tracking in the ticket itself), then I can update the ticket at the end of the day and know what I've actually done. Please support this along with when you move a task to another day or mark it complete, the sub-tasks should go with it!

Example sub-task:

• Ticket: XX-1155 update items in db and add corrections to annodb
  • update records in dpDB
  • verify new records match annotated text
  • create new requests for updated records
  • add corrections to annodb
  • run best jenkins job
  • run dataset publisher
  • close ticket with comments
