Add a link with instructions on how to contribute a blog post #4
Description
There should be a link on the blogs homepage that takes people to detailed instructions on how to contribute a blog post. This should include the following points:
- Where do you add a new post?
- What is the PR/Review process?
- What kind of content are we looking for?
- How do I view my blog post locally / how do I do local Hugo development?
- Can I contribute things other than blog posts?
I am more than happy to add or remove parameters after some further discussion.
