Scripts on macOS should be testable

Describe the Enhancement

  Exporting build image to /Users/tiger/git/jammy-tiny-stack/build/build.oci
  Exporting run image to /Users/tiger/git/jammy-tiny-stack/build/run.oci

After running create.sh I am unable to podman run or docker run from this oci-archive. I think if it's doc'd how to test/run these on macOS would be awesome.
