I re-ran this and everything published successfully. Even though the buildpack registry says it failed to register, I can see that the latest buildpack version is listed on the registry here: https://registry.buildpacks.io/buildpacks/paketo-buildpacks/go. Not sure if there was just an issue with the buildpack registry returning the correct status.
