## Describe the Enhancement

Poetry 1.2.0 adds support for a `--sync` flag to the `poetry install` command. [Official docs](https://python-poetry.org/blog/announcing-poetry-1.2.0/#synchronizing-the-environment-with-the-lock-file). We should evaluate whether this is something we should add to the Poetry Install buildpack.
