"can not connect to RPC service" ALC897

Hello, I installed the latest 6.0.9771.1 driver on my ALC897 (HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0897&SUBSYS_1565825E&REV_1004) from a Biostar H610MS ver 6.1 motherboard, and in Realtek Audio Console I get the error "cannot connect to RPC service." I've tried uninstalling the old drivers and reinstalling yours, but nothing works.

I have the same exact audio card, and the same exact issue...

This is on a Beelink SER7 btw

• Output volume is barely audible
• Official Realtek drivers don't work
• Third party drivers doesn't work

I think I'll just give up and use HDMI audio output now

This is the exact same issue I have on my Acer Aspire 3 A315-58. I just wanted to have the standard Environment/Voice cancellation/Pitch shift/Equalizer/Omni Speaker/Loudness equalization on it. But it just got ignored.

uninstall the realtek uad generic drivers and revert back to installing/using the OEM based Realtek audio drivers provided by the respective manufacturers (Acer, Biostar and Beelink) as ALC897 is not fully supported by the Realtek UAD Generic drivers (ID > DEV_0897 is missing from the HDX_GenericExt_RTK.inf file as production of that file had ceased/stopped before ALC897 came out in late spring 2020)
