Species opinion when genus has same name as superfamily #175

@mclapham

Description

@mclapham

Sometimes there are genus names that are the same as a superfamily (Terebratuloidea and Cytherelloidea are two examples). When entering a species belonging to that genus, the database automatically creates an opinion assigning the species to the superfamily, and one must edit the opinion to select the genus as the parent instead. When creating a species, it should always be assigned to the genus in case of name conflicts.
