Correct action in authority.model.updateOccurrences? #12
Description
In authority.model, at line 262, I throw an error if there are multiple taxonNumbers after the previous razzle checking uniqueness. I'm not sure if this is the correct action.
In Taxon.pm, line 1592, they do a couple weird queries to fill local variables that appear to never be used. Then they push a warning, which I assume is similar to throwing an error.
