Define Neutron Detectors in PALS

What is the proper way to describe neutron detectors in PALS? I am currently using “kind: Marker”. Will there be a Monitor element, or even a dedicated element specifically for neutron detectors? If we use Marker or Monitor, how should different types of monitors be distinguished? Would it be appropriate to use something like:

description: neutron detector

One idea is to have a subkind parameter for an element. I would not put this into MetaP.

Discussed today: the alternative is to keep them as kinds and declare explicit monitor elements.
Some can be drift-like (with a lot of instrument options), others are destructive.

(I personally kind of like this, because we will have a lot of diagnostics and sub-kinds complicate the standard, potentially)
