Add BITTER malware decode scripts to repo

Can you add the decode scripts from https://unit42.paloaltonetworks.com/multiple-artradownloader-variants-used-by-bitter-to-target-pakistan/ to this repo ?

The blog formatting contains smart quotes that require conversion for the snippets from the blog to be usable.
And it's better to have them in a repo anyway.
