Dev Server Not running for app/web

I am finding it very difficult to run the dev server for apps/web.

Tried in my Macbook Pro M2 with 8GB ram. Both build & dev Going out of heap memory.

Tried in a 64GB Ram VPS. Sill taking ages for the web app dev server to load.

Any suggestions..?
