Skip manpages on Linux?

I've noticed that my ubuntu-latest workflows involving this action tend to get stuck for a while on lines like Processing triggers for man-db (2.12.0-4build2) ... This can sometimes take two or three minutes, dwarfing the rest of the workflow runtime, and is a bit silly since I'm not going to read the man page anyway.

I'm not very familiar with linux package management. Is there some way to get it to skip the manpage stuff?
