if an instance of slipshow serve is already running, launching another instance should terminate the new instance with a more explicit message.

I had a quick look and:

• The fact that the CLI does not terminate is my programming fault,
• The not nice error message is because dream (the web server powering slipshow serve) is not really meant to be user-facing... And it does not allow to override the error message. The straightforward solution I can see is probably to check for the port availability before starting dream, unfortunately resulting in a non ideal double check where the second check can even fail with bad timing!
