zergpool regional servers and miner name format

There are 2 minor issues when creating miner settings:

1. The regional zergpool servers have ".mine." in their names. E.g. it is verushash.na.mine.zergpool.com and not verushash.na.zergpool.com as given in the preselects.
2. The miner name should not be added to the wallet address separated by a dot. Instead, the miner name should be set via the password field like "-p ID=VERUS_MINER". Otherwise the mined coins will be lost. See also the examples on https://zergpool.com/setup

Of course, this can already be worked around by using the global host or the custom parameters. But it would be nice if the next release of the app would have working presets :-)
