Improve hub round robing and reselect handling #207
Description
Just got a Fire TV stick 4K Max and installed Kodi and PM4K, but whatever settings I change, only the first 10 (out of 14) items are shown in my continue watching.
Sometimes an 11th grey box with Plex logo is shown (lazy loading?), which then disappears, leaving just the first 10 items again.
I've tried increasing the library request chunk size and round-robin item limits in the add-on config, to no effect.
Toggling enable hubs round-robin in the add-on config and within PM4K settings and restarting makes no difference.
If I disable round-robin then all 14 items are shown correctly, as expected.
