Issue Description:

Regarding the PHP "max_execution_time" setting, it says this:

This includes Drush & WP-CLI commands.

Is that true? I've been Drush and WP-CLI commands that run longer than 2 minutes. (120 seconds) And I'm not doing anything special to disable this limit. Does PHP's CLI just disable this? Or does Drush and WP-CLI disable this limit?

Suggested Resolution

Maybe we should remove this line? Or update it to say it does not include Drush and WP-CLI commands?
