Issue Description:

cpub init has interactive prompts asking "Pick site now?" and "Create a new Token?" - if you answer "yes", it automatically:

• Creates/selects a Content Publisher collection
• prompts for/stores an API token
• Writes both PCC_SITE_ID and PCC_TOKEN to .env.local

This single setup step enables both local dev AND Pantheon deployment - the same credentials work everywhere. Edit in Google Docs → see changes instantly on localhost:3002 with zero build/deploy wait. This is a massive productivity win that isn't mentioned in the tutorial at all.

Priority: Low/Medium/High (choose one, remove the other options)
