Installation notes have not been updated and in the interim, the [docs page](https://docs.pantheon.io/terminus/install#standalone-terminus-phar) has more up-to-date documentation than the readme. Additionally, there's a link to the docs page for "other installation methods" but there aren't actually any other installation methods on the docs site than what are (or should be) listed here.
