This issue was fixed in revision D silicon which is the currently available revision.
For revision C or older We can add a software workaround for Errata PBIST#4
Details are available on errata documentation. The idea is to use a software loop to measure the execution time of the PBIST algorithm. If the execution time is much shorter than normal, ignore the results and rerun the PBIST test
