Setting get incorrect file location makes app not runnable

A path is added in front where point to wrong location thus not finding default files. This prevent the PprzGCS from running. Tested with v1.0.13. After manually adjusting the ~/.local/share/PprzGCS/setting.conf the application runs.

A self compile latest master exibits the same behaviour. Will look in to if when time permits.
